Gene's knowledgeable, cordial and works me well beyond I could work myself. He senses when to press, went to ease, when to stretch and when to go full out and he's got banter!Â
This class was exactly what I needed to push myself and start a new healthy chapter. It was a high-energy, full-body workout that kept me engaged from start to finish. The instructor was electric—super knowledgeable, encouraging, and really attentive to everyone’s different skill levels, offering helpful feedback throughout and making sure everyone had proper form. I left feeling stronger than I came in and can’t wait to come back.Â
