Great workout! It was challenging, but the coach was excellent and created a positive environment. I really appreciated how they corrected my form whenever it was wrong, it made me feel supported and helped me improve

Amazing class and trainer. He pushes you to be the best version of yourself and really motivates you. I always feel great after a workout. I did not realize my potential until taking this class. It's nice being in a supportive environment. I highly recommend, and can't wait to attend more classes.
