Gene is an absolute champion. Probably the most knowledgeable and passionate trainer in Middlesex county and maybe all of New Jersey. If you have the opportunity to let this man change your life, TAKE IT! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Beautiful and private gym setting. Clean and wonderful!Â

Didn’t really know what i was getting into. I’m not on social media anymore so i was just going based off the website and reviews and it’s true, this is a really good place to start if you need a serious push onto a health & fitness journey. Classes are fun and energetic and Coach Gene is super encouraging and makes sure you’re getting the most out of each exercise. Definitely recommend to try out a class at least once.Â
