Terrible company. It's a shame too because their Sanger sequencing work is not bad. However their customer service/billing staff are absolutely terrible. I recently switched institutions and have been trying to change my billing address for almost 3 months now. I can't charge my funds for services billed to another institution. Our experience was really bad. We sent some samples for RNAseq and WGS because they had some offer during summer. First we had to wait more than two months to get the results of the Quality Check. The quality was not optimal so we resent the samples. After two months, we sent them an email to know they forgot to come back to us with the QC results. They also mixed-up our DNA with RNA samples, complaining that they were too much DNA in our DNA samples and vice versa... It took also a long time for them to process the sample... read more
