I was hospitalized with a brain aneurysm then notified I had a mass but her office sucks I was scheduled today for an appointment and they cancelled and moved it to another date supposedly they don't leave my information but yet they keep charging me how is that possible when I've given them my number since the hospital. How can you work in healthcare and not car smh 😔

Dr Lapointe is amazing. She truly is. But her office that backs her up i can't say the same. Dr Lapointe did a few surgeries on my mom . She advised me she received and did my fmla paperwork. I called called and called no one knows anything. It's like a circus never ever received a call back. Yet my mom died, and my job fired me stating they never received anything. Dr. La.pointe has a bunch of retards working for her they cancel appointments without you even knowing then you get a phone call from the Manger Daisy saying don't call this clinic anymore so I call and call for more than an hour and the reception keep hanging up over and over finally after that finally I get a phone number to call someone hire up again nothing done about it it think Doctor LA.
