I was looking for a company that installed Hunter Douglas shades and I stumbled upon Geneva's Interiors. I needed some 2 bedrooms redone. Georgia came to see me and she was just great! Very thorough and and explained everything to me very clearly. Come to find out they are the ones where everyone goes to get their Hunter Douglas blinds fixed. Geneva's Interiors were fantastic. Georgia was very helpful in helping me figure out which type of blinds would fit my wall of windows & doors seamlessly.- (And fit my budget). She was very patient with me in giving me the pros & cons of the different options. Kenny, that installed all the binds, was very professional. He didn't have an easy task to take down the old 45 year old brackets. He was able to quickly figure out a few little tweaks that the new binds required, as my condo walls were not completely square. I brought in my Hunter Douglas blinds for a replacement motor. At least I thought it was the motor. It turned out it was broken gears which were under warranty. Long story short, they took care of my problem and fixed my blinds. If you need repair on your blinds I can tell you I had good luck with Geneva's Interiors.
Had a Hunter Douglas blind where the mechanism was not working properly. It would hang up when retracting or pulling up. I was told by the factory the internal parts would be under warranty. Geneva was the warranty dealer. When I dropped it off for repair I was told if they needed to re-string it there would be a $25 charge. I mentioned the string (cord) appeared fine and that it was an internal part like a gear that was not working properly.
