RecommendedI brought my walker in to have the brakes fixed. It was sbout 4:40 PM. (They close at 5:30) The repair tech came out to look at it. He said he could repair it now. About 30 minutes later both brakes fixed. I spent the time waiting sitting in their recliners. Very comfy.
if you receive a referral for this place, go ahead and switch it. Been waiting weeks for my son's prescription formula. a medical necessity. half the time, they dont answer the phones or return messages. when I call to check the status its "were waiting on this or that.." stuff the my ins and dr already sent when I got the referral approved. so I have them send it again, wait a couple more days and I get the same answer. My surgeon gave me a written prescription for a pair of crutches for my upcoming surgery. I took the rx into the store on Monday and they said the rx was missing something so they would fax my doctors office and get back to me. On Wednesday I still hadn't heard anything so I called them and they said they hadn't heard anything back from my doctors office. Attempted to purchase a ramp system for my mother's home today, but was told by the only clerk that no one was available to either quote me a price or take my order! Worst customer service around.....I give zero star rating!!
