They sent me texts on a Sunday demanding I call immediately, and then didn't pick up the phone. Seek an alternative storage company. They want to screw you over.
We had a difficult time with our past storage place not too far from here—they raised the rent 3 times in less than 1.5 years! When we reached out to inquire about Geneva U Store It, they were incredibly helpful and professional. Their units offer more space than a lot of places around here, and the easy access and security are top-notch.
