The dress fit perfectly and was absolutely beautiful. The price for the work done was worth it and I would definitely have any work done here!!
While the quality of Renee’s work was good, the entire experience was miserable. From the moment we met her she was incredibly rude and unkind. My friend was getting an alteration done and she wouldn’t let me into the store. When I went to check in 20 mins later, she snapped at me for no reason. She charged an exorbitant amount for a rush order hem, wouldn’t respond to calls or texts to say when it was ready, and changed the price/let us know we needed to pay in cash a few hours after we dropped the dress off. Renee was so amazing to work with! She did everything in such a timely manner and made my dress look amazing! I highly recommend her!
I highly recommend the professionalism and quick turn around from Renee. Her shop is friendly and organized. I had 4 pair of jeans to be hemmed and she had them finished in one day, all being perfectly done.
