Terrible construction, terrible costumer service and by that I mean- don’t expect a response when your roof starts caving in due to their own inadequate job. Got mold? Most likely. Us too! Still haven’t heard from anyone! Insurance adjust just left. An entire new roof is required. And guess what?! THEY HAVENT SWITCHED MY WARRANTY OVER TO ME. I PURCHASED 3 years ago
Geneva Homes is the only place in this area that actually does repairs on existing mobile homes. They did an amazing job replacing the skirting and repairing the underbelly plastic. No hidden costs or fees. I was met with professionalism across the board. Thank you Geneva Homes!!’
I’d give this place “0” star is I was able to. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Every question I had was a “let me ask” or a “secret” … communication is absolutely terrible and holy, mention a lawyer - they don’t want to work with you anymore lol Definitely do your research with other companies prior to pulling the trigger with this one! Not working with them last minute was a BLESSING in disguise. Great place and they are very helpful.
Don't let this place touch your home! We were planning on remodeling our double wide and wanted to make sure floors were level and stable first. They charged over 4k and did more damage than anything. All the did was drop our home lower. It been quite some time since they came and we are still discovering damage from them. Our skirting was crunched, broken, and cut too short to undo what they did. None of our doors or cabinets close anymore. Our front porch came unattached from the level difference.
