Kind of disappointed for my first home buying experience. One week before closing on the house and he tells me that there was a “glitch” in the system and I actually owed quite a bit more for closing than was expected. He kept saying that it wasn’t his fault and that I had enough in my savings as if that made it okay… He was able to suggest a new insurance company last minute which brought down the costs. Alot can be said in great ways about Bob Schildt at Geneva. He went above and beyond to help me throughout my entire mortgage loan process.
