The worst experience that happened to me i wasted 5 months of my life getting hundreds of documentation I was promised multiple times by bob schildt that the closing date is coming soon and it happened almost every month he doesn’t respond to messages or emails it may take him months to get back to you Do not waste your time listening to false promises

Kind of disappointed for my first home buying experience. One week before closing on the house and he tells me that there was a “glitch” in the system and I actually owed quite a bit more for closing than was expected. He kept saying that it wasn’t his fault and that I had enough in my savings as if that made it okay… He was able to suggest a new insurance company last minute which brought down the costs.
