I was calling the office because my husband was sick. WORST phone system ever. You cannot get a person. I've currently been on hold waiting for someone to answer for over 45 minutes. This is ridiculous
Dr. Rivers is a physician possessing the utmost thorough expertise and true dedication and immeasurable care. His nurses are wonderful. Our world needs physicians like Dr. Rivers!
I love this practice! Always kind hearts to greet you at front desk.... from the nurses to Dr Rivers and Dr Dean. They are always patient with listening to what your ache or illness may be and help you with kindness or a smile.. especially when you don’t feel at your best~ They are a wonderful group of people! I loved that they did pretest me for Covid and Strep at my car window.. Husband called to get a refill on his inhaler because Osco said they didn't get authorization. Called the office and the girl says "I just sent it again." When he asked are you serious? Did you really send it? She laughed. He asked for her name and she hung up. I tried calling back and surprisingly it went to the answering service. The office staff is a joke. Absolute joke.
