I had a 5 star experience from beginning to end. I had a brake chamber bracket break on a trailer enroute to South Carolina. I originally called Love's in Oglesby, Illinois, but they were unable to make the repair. They did me a favor because I discovered Geneva, which was only 8 miles away. They were able to get me in right away, unlike a Love's. The mechanic, Erick is the Cream of the Crop. He treated my equipment as his own and worked efficiently to complete the repair. next time when someone puts a down payment please respect your promise .. oh by the way , don’t be silly and deduct fees from the returned down payment amount since your salesperson screwed up
