Beware!!! They don't deserve any stars. I would warn any small minority business on doing business with Geneva Capital. They mislead you into thinking they cover you more if you opt to get the insurance that they could provide only to leave you without equipment when a valid claim is made for replacement or repair. They'll allow you to state what you would prefer only to make the decision that works for them and the insurance company they work with (in bed with). I have had a lease with this company for about 5 years, The staff has always been professional and accommodating. Any time I had questions the response time was excellent. I have concluded my lease but will certainly consider them for my future leading needs. Special Thanks to Farrah Tabery whom I dealt with most of my time in the lease. She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She is a great part of why I had a great experience with this company
We currently have a lease/purchase agreement with them on a digital printer. It has been a horrible experience. Our business insurance agent told us they are in violation of the law of the State of Texas.

I gave 1 star because 1/2 or none was not an option. I took out an equipment lease with them in October of 2017. Everything was fine the first couple of months and then they added more money for my note by an extra $100. Now that the lease is almost done they are in harassment mode. Yes, I have some late payments with Covid and I have done what I can each month and then they want more and more. I have to say i feel like I have been sandbagged on the purchase of the Epilogue mini laser. I thought I was entering a rental agreement and could return it with no issues. This was what the salesperson told me. I am guessing just to get me to sign the agreement for 18000.00. So i returned the equipment after we could get no get traction in the engraving market. Super Scam artists! They ripped off our company for over $7,000.000 dollars...stay as far as possible from this stinking fraud loan shark scam.
Purchased Gym equipment from them for 48K and we lost our business and they gave us a 8K credit for it. This is a high interest Loan and has hidden fees not a business for a start up or a small company. They will take the equipment back and you will still owe the balance of the lease with the harassment and legal fees. Beware!!!!!!
