Beautiful location. Cabin had this rustic charm about it. Yeah it was kinda small, but who needs to be in the cabin when you have a beautiful lake view outside. Very family oriented, not so good on the dock fishing. They were fully booked when we stayed, so if you're in a cabin or suite you are very close to other families was ok but hard to sit in peace. A buddy and I made an early spring trip to Alexandria and Geneva Beach Resort. Our stay was terrific starting with friendly, connected owners who were enthusiastic hosts focused on ensuring that our first visit, along with that of the other guests, was enjoyable and memorable. I had sustained a back injury that limited my motion/flexibility but Craig was a great help by assisting with launching the boat and loading on the day we left. Stayed in lakeside Cabin...Old , musty, Smelled Bad, The cabins are so Old they are off Centered..Un Even..Need to turned down...They are Expensive for the Shape they are in...We booked for 5 days & only stayed 2.. Never Go Back...No refund.. Was supposed to be family Vacation Ha!!!
We have been going to Geneva Beach Resort for the last 5 years and it is now a family tradition. There is so much to do for the kids, and adults. The property is very well maintained and the owners are truly awesome. Hands down one of our favorite summer places!
