I lived here for a year & I enjoyed my experience, the very nice apartment manager walked me through everything & made sure I had all of my paperwork in order & even warned me about other apartments of ways they try to scam people, I did not need any maintenance while being here & the security is pretty good with the one way door but people had an issue of putting sticks to hold the doors which I’m aware no one can control, but my only complaint was having to use a swamp cooler was not very efficient & the heating system was... read more
So far I'm very happy with my new studio. My room is old but sturdy, I have great lighting from my windows even though it's a sublevel unit. The water pressure is great (if a bit loud from the old plumbing rig). The room could use a bit of sound proofing as I can hear pretty much most things around me it feels like. Rent is affordable. The neighborhood is quiet. Also there's a convenience store just down the street with all the essentials.
