So far I'm very happy with my new studio. My room is old but sturdy, I have great lighting from my windows even though it's a sublevel unit. The water pressure is great (if a bit loud from the old plumbing rig). The room could use a bit of sound proofing as I can hear pretty much most things around me it feels like. Rent is affordable. The neighborhood is quiet. Also there's a convenience store just down the street with all the essentials.
This is a great place, the landlord is super nice, neighbors are nice. Everybody follows the quiet times, and the front doors are locked. Not a single bad thing to say about this place
