Has to be by far the most unprofessional firm I have ever been in contact with.
After my own experience with this group I have formed my own personal opinion. I met Lee and she was very informative and professional as a creditor who had called for me to come to an agreement on a payment , she seemed to have more info on my rights than my own attorney who was present. Overall I don’t think Lee is the reason people have such a horrible experience dealing with this group, in fact it has been my experience that her paralegal “Peggy” has been a root of incompetence and confusion. NEED TO BE CLOSED!!!! This company is very unprofessional and they don't call you back either. I had issue today that could not be solve about a bill. I never had to wait to pay a bill because they never gave me the information when I called the office like it states in the letter that was send to me..
