There are no words for how fantastic Amy Kimball is. She was warm and supportive from when we got the news our genetic testing did not come back with the results we hoped for all the way to 6 months later when I was still having issues with my bill and the billing department. This was a very traumatic event to go through for me and my significant other and I will forever be thankful for Amy helped us through it all!
