Her customer service was great. She was nice and super friendly. She sanitized and cleaned before I entered her suite. I also appreciated being able to book/walk in last minute, that was a blessing for me because I needed a trim badly! The only thing that kind of bothered me was being charged $110 for a silk press and a trim not being included in the service. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Nicole. She takes care of your hair as you would pray a stylist would. She cares so much about her craft that she regularly attends trainings for hair and also is an educator in the hair space as well. More than her skill in curls and cutting, she is a safe space.
