My appointment with Nicole was very informative. She took her time and allowed me to observe every step of the process, including the shampoo, conditioning, rinsing, and curly set. Before cutting my hair, she sat down with me to discuss my hair goals. Throughout the appointment, she explained what she was doing—and why—so I could better understand how to care for and style my hair at home. Nicole was down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and professional.
