Mo is warm, professional, and very attentive. I also love the space—beautifully designed with so much taste. Appointments run smoothly, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend
Wouldn't reccomend Natalia Elmajian After meeting Natalia Elmajianand I can confidently attest that she’s one of the most unprofessional Nurse I’ve ever encountered.. I would suggest that she avoid dealing with members of the public and instead be assigned to someone who isn't condescending and conceited. Unfortunately, Natalia Elmajian has made the decision to believe she is superior to everyone else. I have been with Genetica Medical and Wellness for several years and every interaction I have had has been professional, friendly and above and beyond my expectations. The reception staff are kind and helpful. I feel lucky to be a patient of Dr Kate Wang and find her to be thorough, caring, thoughtful and approachable. They have an amazing group of medical professionals on their team. I feel very well taken care of. There are not long waits for appointments and communication is excellent.
I had an amazing doctor here, Dr Memar. Unfortunately he left the clinic and I was stuck with Shane Innocencio. I have had nothing but bad experiences with him. It’s difficult to get an appointment and when I do, I feel embarrassed to tell him anything. His answers are always condescending and rarely do I get what I need from him. Go somewhere else if you’re assigned this nurse practitioner.
