As foreign visitors, we came by to have our rapid RT-PCR Covid tests before leaving the US. We were greeted by Emma, who was super nice, professional and helpful. This company billed us for a Covid test that should have been free. They coded the test incorrectly and refuse to admit they made a mistake. I would recommend you avoid using this lab.
