I go to Genesys for Rejuran treatments and the entire experience has been exceptional. The staff takes the time to explain everything, makes you feel at ease, especially Clare, she is lovely. And results speak for themselves, my skin is smoother, brighter, and healthier. I’m so happy I found this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their skin!
I got an exosome microneedling treatment last summer which I loved and came back yesterday for the rejuran face + under eye. Claire and Jamie were really lovely and made sure I was well taken care of! Will definitely be returning for more treatments asap. Love the deals as well.
I had an extremely concerning experience at this clinic, particularly with a practitioner named Irene I underwent Ultherapy, receiving 400 shots on my jawline, despite previously being told that I had never had such a treatment. Update: I spoke with Michelle, the manager, and she was very apologetic and took 100% accountability for the front desk, which I appreciate. I do want to say that Suzy and Jessica are really professional and great at facials and lasers, and my previous review is based on just the front desk and not the actual treatments I received. — I’ve been going to Genesys since 2017/2018 before moving to Florida and still went back at least once a year, but the front desk is an absolute nightmare that I refuse to deal with anymore.
