While the technicians who orchestrated my son's imaging were decent enough, those I have spoken to in reception and interpretation have been less than helpful. Not only did the radiologist not read the images per the physician's instructions, but the staff have been unhelpful at most in my attempts to get them to read the images again and provide the physician with what they need. This is not how patients deserve to be treated when trying to get answers about their care.
