This has been a mess since day 1. My surgeon referred me over to HF Genesys for a CT scan on my chest on May 28th. After numerous calls somebody finally called me back on July 8. I scheduled my appointment for July 23 at 10 AM. I got in and you would’ve expected that I walked into a gas station letting them know that I had a CT scan scheduled for 10 AM because the response and the look on the faces of everyone who worked there was so confused on how I had a CT scan at Henry Ford Genesys radiology. Have been going there for years and was always satisfied before. Wait time was much longer than normal this time and the mammogram tech was terrible at her technique. What should have been a somewhat uncomfortable procedure turned into a way too unnecessarily painful one.
Very fast and efficient service. Have never had to wait. Appointments always on time.
I had an ultrasound 10 days ago and no one has even read it yet to give me the results!!!!!!
