This place is horrible. I came in to get an hot oil and cover the color on my roots. She said yes after I got my hair color, I asked her how long it will take for her to do the oil change, she instead wants me to buy a hair product for $30. When I explain what I wanted, she said ok I do it for 10 minutes. 10 minutes? I had hot oil before and each time it takes 30-40 mins.
