I received radiation treatment from this place in 2020 and I kept telling them I was in pain whenever I did my treatments, the whole time I was doing radiation the didn’t notice that a 9.5cm cyst had grown on my left ovaries that cause significant damage to my bladder, I still have bladder issues. I barely saw the doctor, dr. Ahamad I think her name was barely showed interest in what was happening to me. These people do not care about you.
Great human and friendly service the whole staff makes me feel like family I want to thank the front desk staff linda and Krystal also dr Fernández and Fabian and Thomas they were awesome human beings I am highly recommend this facility.
I honestly was treated like royalty by the staff at Genisis care every day I was there. They were consistently kind to me and extremely attentive. I’m forever grateful to team Genisis for helping me to get through a very difficult and challenging time with my health. I hope they enjoyed the pizza party gift, they all deserve so much more! God bless the entire staff for all they do for so many people. Thank you all, Douglas Cassel
