Disrespectful over the phone. I asked for help with something. She told me it's not her problem. If you hate your job find a new one. I asked for help trying to figure out what I have to do in order to get seen. Response was "not my problem "

Wonderful doctors but they NEVER answer their phone. Impossible to set an appointment.
This office is terrible they never answer the phone and call backs are a joke. Once you get an appointment you have to stand on a long line to check in. Doctors are pretty good here, no complaints . Very frustrating place which is too bad.
Rita at Urology Partners is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Patient, kind, helpful.... she was determined to get my patient in for an appointment and it was scheduled the next day. Thank you Mrs. Rita & (the Supervisor).
