Dr. Sylvester and the entire staff at GenesisCare were, in fact, caring, in addition to understanding and patient. They made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment process. My hat is off to the great team at GenesisCare.
My husband has Dr John E. Sylvester as his doctor and I must say that he has great bedside manners. He explains your medical condition/concerns so that you have a pretty good idea on what you are dealing with and his staff is very understanding, professional and friendly. We have seen a few doctors between myself and my husband and I proud to rate a 5-star for excellence.
The IMRT technicians and staff were professional and supportive displaying personal concern for me during a stressful period in my life. They were my cheerleaders when the going was difficult.
I haven’t left a lot of reviews, but when I do, it’s because the service was extraordinary. I’m going to say that successfully treating my cancer falls into that category on its own, but wait, there’s more. Dr. Sylvester spent a lot of time with me and my wife after my diagnosis was confirmed. He communicated very well what my treatment options were and the side effects associated with each.
