The office has changed since 2012, I have been over 5 appointments and each time my visits were good, Dr Hambring is the best, she talks to me like I am a person and not a patient. Each time before my appointment I would be reminded a day before. I like and would recommend this Genesis Women Care, on a scale of 1-10, I would rate it a 8.
Horrible customer service!!! As a 10+ year patient at this office, I have seen a severe decline in the professionalism of the office staff. The new staff is rude, too busy with their own conversations to help in a timely manner, lacks knowledge of the insurance policies that they deal with when taking your copay, they do not treat your social security number with the privacy needed and the billing is a nightmare!
