This place is so sketchy and unprofessional!!! I have been trying to get a drug screen done for A WEEK NOW!!!! And the person who does the drug screens is NEVER THERE! I have filed complaints with Quest and the OccMed company that sent me. They need to close their account because this is ridiculous. People are gonna miss out on employment opportunities because of stuff like this. Very disappointed with this facility. I have tried it three times for mandatory drug testing for work. I was treated poorly all three times. I actually walked away and used a different facility the second time because I got an uneasy feeling with the way I was being spoken to. The third time I went the tech did not realize she needed to fill up two sample cups. She poured my remaining urine away after filing one vial. I questioned the fact it was not two vials. I believe this place is out of business, I came like 7 times on different times, I being here at 9:09 am, 10:30 am 11:30 am 1:30 pm 2:00 pm and 2:45 pm on multiple occasions, last time on 12/17/2024 at 2:30 pm, door is locked, knock the door and no response
