this place is absolutely ridiculous. the hours say 9:15- 3:30 and closed from 12-1 for lunch but NOBODY is there. you call? nobody picks up. went next door and the lady said their cars werent even there. it doesnt make any sense and yall need to do yalls job seriously.
DOT drug screen scheduled here I come up here on a Wednesday @11 am and the place is locked up. has a sign clearly in the window that they accept walking from 9am-1pm but I guess that’s when they decide to come to work. Tried calling multiple times just to get the voicemail. very unprofessional they should verify their hours of operation and post signage.
Staff doesn’t open door during hours they have listed as being open , unprofessional. Place looks raggedy
This place is so sketchy and unprofessional!!! I have been trying to get a drug screen done for A WEEK NOW!!!! And the person who does the drug screens is NEVER THERE! I have filed complaints with Quest and the OccMed company that sent me. They need to close their account because this is ridiculous. People are gonna miss out on employment opportunities because of stuff like this.
