Sam is a great receptionist. She is always smiling, helpful, kind, and caring when I walk into the clinic.
Great experience at the brand new 2nd Genesis walk in location on Guelph St by the Active Living Centre. When I booked online noticed there was twice as many appointments as usual and received a call to go to new location. Parking was easier, and inside is impressively large with lots of seating to accommodate more people while still providing space while waiting. Our Dr was friendly and thorough with my son. Over the years I’ve been to many walk-ins and nothing compares to Genesis. The staff here is amazing. Everyone from the front desk, pharmacists to the doctors. It’s the only place I’ll take my kids if we can’t get an appointment with our family doctor. They are always so kind, understanding and accommodating. If you need a place, I know they won’t disappoint you and I would recommend them to anyone.
