The personal at genesis walk in is really good. They treat you very well and with respect. They are very patient and helpful.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I saw DR YOUSSEF N. twice. The first time, she was very rude — dismissive and cold — but I let it go, thinking maybe she was having a bad day. Unfortunately, the second visit confirmed that this is just how she treats patients. I went in to get results for my husband's ultrasound because our family doctor wasn’t available. Dr. Saad is our family doctor. He is amazing Staff of clinic is also amazing. My children feel comfortable around the nurses and docs ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for being so awesome

Definitely top notch professional healthcare and friendly services by staff and physicians. Speedy appointments with lowest wait times I've experienced in GTA. After losing my family Dr after COVID 19 I am fortunate to have found a new family here. And still excepting patients all the time. Certainly a gem in comparison in my opinion. I thank all staff at Genisis walk in and family practice, keep up the good work.
