Everything about my experience with Genesis Vancouver was exceptional. From my first walk in and meeting Allison Wan to finalizing the sale with Eddie Tong. The service was top notch, right down to messages the night before confirming everything was ready and waiting for me. I never thought I would love a car but I sure do love this one! Diana Ismail was great to work with. Her and the manager Eddie made sure I knew of any damage to the vehicle, prior to coming over from Nanaimo. They were honest and upfront, and to me that is rare in the car dealership business. Everything about the process was great, from picking me up at the ferry, to making sure I left with a full tank of fuel. Just a simple, and laid back car buying experience. I’ve been driving for 20 years and have never experienced anything as frustrating as this. My Genesis EV is less than a year old, yet the windshield is covered in deep scratches caused by the wipers. In early March, during heavy rain, I used the "Auto" wiper mode. To my shock, it left permanent scratches on the glass. I had a full inspection at Genesis in January, where they managed all my consumables. When I reported the damage, the center claimed the wipers were fine but denied my warranty claim.
