JJ was reliable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.
We had Genesis out to prune a large amount of palm trees which hadn't been pruned in almost 10 years. Eduardo and JJ did a great job! Not only was their hard work done well, but they also carefully cleaned up everything after themselves, and were friendly and easy to talk to (as was Liz on the admin side). We'll call them back when the time comes.
They gave us a great price to down our tree. I called and that afternoon they came to look at it and give us a price. They did EXACTLY what we wanted them to do as well. We were so worried the eucalyptus would drop a branch on our new trailer. Just in time for the Santa Ana winds!! Thanks Juan and Liz!
