I had a great experience at Genesis Tire Shop on Aldine Westfield. I went in thinking I had a bad strut because I was hearing a clunk over speed bumps. Instead of upselling me, the mechanic took the time to bring me under the vehicle and show me exactly what was going on. It turned out to be a stripped ball joint bolt, not the strut. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and was very honest about what did not need to be replaced.
