Warning, do not buy Genesis in Australia. Genesis Motors Australia sells luxury vehicles but does not appear to maintain adequate spare parts support in Australia. Our Genesis G80 has been unusable for over 12 months in total due to parts needing to be ordered from Korea. A windscreen took 6 months to arrive. Warranty trim components are again delayed with no immediate resolution. Repeated attempts to obtain assistance has resulted in unreturned calls and no clear communication. Ready to place an order for GV80, but the staff there doesn't deserve the easy sale. No greeting up arrival (the girl seemed reading her own book at work). No "anything I could help" even after we spent 15 minutes with the car. No even willing to take down my details for follow-up. Guess what, even after I expressed my interest and leave my details, the sales person didn't show interest in spending time with us in the store, nor have we received even an e-brochure yet.
