My experience at this Genesis dealership was very disappointing. Communication was poor and follow-through was inconsistent throughout the process. I also raised concerns with the service/sales manager, but did not receive meaningful resolution or follow-up. Overall, I expected a higher level of accountability and customer service from management. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience
The worst customer service, especially for a “luxury vehicle” dealership. Good luck getting a reply from Evan or Nolan after they have your money. I regret my purchase. If you want luxury service, there are many options out there.
Probably the poorest customer service Ive ever experienced. If it was just one time, I could have seen past it, but every-single-time, without fail, I try to contact Nolan it takes multiple days of calls texts and emails, or complaints to colleagues to prod him to check his messages/missed calls/emails. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of this, Ive requested other services which just get forgotten about. Thank you Evan for answering all my many questions about the Gv70 2025 vs 2026. And the electrified version!! I've got some thinking to do as to which to get. I'll be back soon once I make up my mind on which 2026 to get.
