Juan was great. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing clearly.
I scheduled a tuneup and within 24 hours I received an email and text confirmation from Genesis Sprinklers and Water management with my scheduled technician time. Juan called 1 hour before the scheduled two hour window to advise he was in the area and could come earlier only if it was convenient for me. I was able to get home a little earlier than expected. We had an issue with one of our sprinkler zones not working with obvious pressure issues we couldn't resolve on our own, and fortunately my husband saw the Genesis truck at Lowe's and talked to Tave. We scheduled with them for a review of our lawn. Not only did they figure out the issue within 10 minutes, they found 2 leaks in the system costing us a lot on our water bill, found an issue in the electrical box, and also replaced many of the heads to more appropriate ones for better coverage and lower water usage.
