I do not recommend Genesis Sprinklers and Water Management. I had used them in 2024 to do some work. This year, I called them on April 4th to tell them I had a leak in my irrigation system. (Same area they repaired last year). I said it wasn’t urgent but I’d like it repaired. The system was still working okay. I didn’t hear from them, so I called again on May 6th (3 weeks later). John Hunt came to fix my sprinkler system which was not working. He was punctual, professional and efficient. He fixed my problem promptly and did what I asked and more. I already made arrangements for John to come back and add some more lines to my irrigation system. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

We had work done in our backyard and they messed up our sprinkler system. They unsuccessfully ‘tried’ to fix two leaks they caused. We had to get another company to fix the leaks. He told us all our sprinkler heads had to be replaced. We then contacted Genesis. We still had a leak in the yard. John checked the entire sprinkler system. He fixed the leak that wasn’t repaired correctly. John was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fast. And the charge was exactly what they quoted me.
