My sales man Ahbi was actually pretty much perfect. Enthusiastic but not pushy, knowledgeable, professional, encouraging but again, not pushy. Julia and Shantel in the business offices were helpful, professional, capable and also not pushy. Those 3 made me very comfortable doing business there and the dealership manager also got involved at an important time and was also a positive part of my experience.
This is my second purchase of a Genesis for myself,and Ronnie explained everything to me at great length, I’m not very techy but he explained everything that even I could understand, Never had a problem with my first GV70 , but thought that I would trade up for a newer Genesis, I was given a good trade in value, that greatly pleased me and I am 100% satisfied. I know that when it’s time to upgrade again, I will not hesitate to come back.
Very poor communication!!! No one ever picks up the phone, and when they do the odd time calls drop! Not once have I received a call back after leaving messages. If this is how they handle customer service, I can only imagine how they handle everything else
