My buying experience was a great one. That was the best buying experience in my 67 years of life involving a vehicle. I was truly excited about the partnership going forward I was going to have with Genesis. That experience ended with this last service event. My 2026 GV70 would not start . I contacted AAA to jump start my vehicle to get home. The car would start after an hour of attempts. Bought my car here and paid for the maintenance package with them. Went in for my second service and after waiting 30 mins to even be acknowledged, I wasn't even in their system and the guy tried charging me. He was very unhelpful and after checking with the finance team, they finally found me. Then I was told it was going to be 3 hours to have the oil change and tire rotation done.
