Xavier was an incredible salesman who was extremely knowledgeable about the car and very helpful in finding me the vehicle that was the right fit for me and my family. Highly recommend both him and the car. 10 out of 10.
Very bad service all around. When I had my car under lease, service appointments were a total drag. I regularly had to wait at least 45 mins (usually longer) even though I had an appointment. Then when the insurance that I bought from them denied a claim because they said Genesis was not an authorized service provider, the sales manager Veron said he would help me but ended up just ghosting me and wouldn't respond to messages or emails. I'm glad I got a different car now so I don't have to deal with them.
I had an Amazing experience and the best part was that the whole process was smooth Thanks to Xavier.
Unfortunately my latest experience with Genesis has changed my mind in purchasing another vehicle from them. I have been requesting documentation from them for over a month with no resolution. Spoken to four different genesis team members and each of them promising to send over the requested paperwork.
