Can't tell you what the sales end of the operation is, only what passes as their service department. My air conditioning in my G70 failed for the 3rd time in 9 months. They canceled my appointment due to a lack of service techs and pushed me back 3 weeks, which I accepted, but told them I would require a loaner. No loaner provided. Kept the car 11 days. In July I went with my brother to help him purchase a used car and we had the most amazing salesman ever named Xavier! He truly made the car buying experience sooo easy. One of the best car buying experiences ever, there was no pressure or sleazy sales tactics.
