The experience with Genesis Santa Monica was great from just walking into the very classy showroom, to the greeting from several people and then perfect interaction with Judy the sales associate and Danielle the GM. I live in OC so once they located the exact car i wanted, everything was completed on line. Judy delivered the car to me. She connected my phone, gate and garage. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Genesis Santa Monica. I returned my leased Genesis G70 on Sunday and personally handed the keys to Juan Arellano. However, I was not given a receipt or any documentation confirming that the vehicle had been returned. On Monday, I spoke with Juan Arellano, and he assured me that I would receive the return receipt by 2:00 PM at the latest. When I still had not received anything by 2:30 PM, I called him again. Genesis is a wonderful car, but the staff at G Santa Monica made it extraordinary!!! No such extra care and personal service was ever experienced in my many purchases!! Bravo to the management!!!
