We bought a solar roof vent with 15 year replacement warranty from Genesis. When it failed well within the warranty period, we were told they would only pay for the vent itself and we would need to pay for the work of replacing it. We reached out to Consumer Protection who confirmed that Genesis needs to replace the vent for free and issued them a written warning. However, Genesis refuses to do so. We would NOT recommend doing any business with them.
