My recent experience during a recall issue left quite an impression. Genesis may aspire to be a premium brand, yet the finer details seem curiously absent. After all, what good is an excellent vehicle and a capable service team if the customer journey collapses elsewhere? I bought a car from Genesis Richmond when living in Alberta and had nothing but a pleasant experience! From the start Jax Sun was amazing with my inquiry online as well as any questions I had about the G70 of interest. Jax was very prompt at answering and answered any questions I had. Not only was Jax amazing with my questions but he also had the courtesy of picking us up from the Airport to take delivery of the vehicle.
