From the moment we walked in, it was a complete problem. The people at the front desk treated us extremely poorly just because we had medical insurance. We waited three months for an appointment with the doctor, and the front desk staff simply wouldn't check my insurance. She just rudely told me the doctor couldn't see me. A one-hour drive and three months of waiting for this appointment.
