One of the worst experiences I have had with any company of any type. I was the executor of an estate that needed a restoration company. After a couple of days of work I asked the project manager how much the estate would be owing to date. He quoted approximately $10000.00. The home had been cleaned and I felt this was as far as I wanted them to go ( they still wanted to paint and replace flooring ) I received a bill for over $17000.00 for the cleaning. Big thanks to Genesis especially my project manager Marco and his staff (Ashley the 1 woman army). He and his team were tremendous and helped me out big time in an untimely water damage we had at our home. The 1st company the insurance place suggested gave me a bad vibe and sure enough Genesis came in and worked on my behalf no the insurance company! Thanks a million!
