One of the worst experiences I have had with any company of any type. I was the executor of an estate that needed a restoration company. After a couple of days of work I asked the project manager how much the estate would be owing to date. He quoted approximately $10000.00. The home had been cleaned and I felt this was as far as I wanted them to go ( they still wanted to paint and replace flooring ) I received a bill for over $17000.00 for the cleaning.
