the lady on the phone is so rude she hang up on my face and even when i told her that she didn't apologize or nothing , rudeness will not get my money or any clients. choose wisely who you hire to do your business cause she is so rude 09/14/2022
I contacted this company September 2021 based upon Montgomery Advertiser ranking. I needed work done on leaking ceiling. I paid deposit. They finally came out January 17, 2022 and began the work. Finished that week and I paid final payment February 4. Today I am waiting on them to come out because roof still leaking April 16, 2022. Someone was due at my home today. No show and no answer on telephone. I don't know why businesses are so incompetent.
I want to give a big Shout Out! And Thank You! To Brandon Granger and John with Genesis Renovations for my beautiful bathroom! They have been very easy to work with, show up when they say, communicate well and often and were spot on with their estimate!
