Great staff
Such a bad experience with service team although it took 5 times to diagnose the whitsling noise from tucson hybrid plugin 2025 and after replacing one of the parts , still its making same noise. I also have premium insurance package that (in case of emergency a rental car should be provided) yet they do not provide car and i have to use uber for commuting throughout the day ,cause it takes full day to diagnose it ,still the hyundai team is not able to diagnose the problem and just making excuses rather than finding solution... read more
I had the most unpleasant experience ever at Genesis Regina. I do not understand how their sales rep( whatever his name is) for Genesis still works there He hasn’t asked a singular question to figure out my needs or even the vehicle I came there for. Pulled a random one for a test drive. When I told him I’m looking for the pre-owned vehicle- he was visibly disappointed. Vehicle wasn’t cleaned of snow prior for me taking it for a spin. The salesmen were very rude. Definitely not gonna buy from here.
Without a doubt the best service I’ve ever received from any dealership. From Grant as my sales rep, to Darcelle as my service advisor and Donnie and Keven leading the team from the front. They all look after me incredibly well and not just until the cheque is signed but after the fact. I even took my son to the dealership to look at buying his first new car knowing the caliber of service he’d receive from the entire team
