Genesis PR Service Department is atrocious. They only have one technician/mechanic to service all vehicles. Genesis PR located at the Plaza Las Americas Mall and is the only dealer on the island therefore, if you are within warranty this is the only option you have. So get ready to leave your car for 3 to 5 days or more for a simple diagnostic verification.
Horrible customer service. I walked in to get my AC serviced and the manager couldn't even schedule an appointment. I love my Genesis but the service here makes me not love it that much.
Mi experiencia en general con mi guagua y con el servicio al cliente desde que adquirí la unidad ha sido un completo desastre. Compré un vehículo con el propósito de que me diera un servicio y resultó ser que el servicio se lo estoy dando yo a la unidad. Cuando vayan adquirir un producto no se dejen llevar por el lujo. Terrible service!! They don't even answer the phone.............
I gave 2 stars because that is the quality of customer service your getting at Genesis Puerto Rico. The cars are amazing, no problem with what Korean luxury has to offer. But once you need a oil change, tire rotations, or any other maintenance, getting an appointment is always a hassle. They never answer, when they do, the person who schedules appointments is never there or leaves too early.
