Poor management
I have been here at Hatcher Tobacco flats for two years now and I swear I want to give this place zero stars but I can't because MAINTENANCE is the BOMB!!!!!! (Bj, Bishop Vincent and the other guy) I love them guys and the office manager Nyjek is cool, and he's also good - but they DON'T answer the phones. ANSWER THE PHONES. I also would like to add this is a really nice place to live the location is convenient to restaurants, stores bank and bus stops . The people are friendly and concerning for one another.
I got no hot water for few days they couldn't fix it until Today Dec 27th, 2022
Lourdes Basco is the worst thing to happen to thIs company. We the residents of terraces at Bellevue are not happy here. The new assistant manager Jessica don’t do anything to help the resident. They raise the rent each year and give us NOTHING in return. At least the last assistant manager he looked out for us and gave residents events. We now have a lack of response with management and have to deal with mice in the apartments. The city should shut genesis properties down.
