Been in the back room over a hour. Asked how much long they said they have 2 people ahead of us still. We will be finding a new place to take my kids. We have been taking our kids here since they was born and seems like every it takes longer and longer.
This is LITERALLY the slowest doctors office I’ve been in.. every single time my kids have an appointment here, we don’t get called back for AT LEAST an hour and then have had to wait another 30-45 to be seen by someone once we get placed in a room.. they are friendly but the way this place is ran is a total headache.
Everyone is awesome and helpful from the front desk to the doctor … I didn’t give all five stars only becoz I have to wait more than hour everytime…
Constantly over scheduled!! We have never arrived to an appointment and been called back in a reasonable time. 2 hours is wayyyyy too long to wait for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! This is a reoccurring issue… like every. single. time.
If I could leave zero stars I would. We have been attending this pediatrician for the last two years with Miss Amanda Smith. My middle child has started school and we were told multiple times by this office that he was up-to-date on his shots. Come to find out they never even put his records in. FROM TWO YEARS AGO! They had the records, they never put them in and then came up with some excuse on why both of my older kids records were not in the system.
