If I known it would be this slow I would’ve scheduled another timing been here since 2:30 and have to go to work at 4:00 ! I won’t make it to work now! We been here 45 minutes we should’ve been to the back at this point seeing the doctor ! I get waiting 10-20 minutes but almost an hour is crazy, I don’t think they ducks in a row here, I can’t even tell if we going in order or not. It’s definitely giving find a new pcp cause it’s all the time then you go to the back there be soo many nurses not doing ANYTHING.
Left my wife waiting for 2 hours, then told us our kid could have a major medical emergency but that they weren't going to run tests till next week because they closed in 20 minutes

El dia de hoy fue el colmo, tenia mi cita 10:15 llegue antes como siempre para estar puntual, espere una hora para que me dijeran que no pueden revisar a mi hijo por que no tenia los 18 meses(ellos me llamaron para agendar la cita de revision) pasado una hora de estar esperando me dicen que no lo revisaran por que no tiene los 18 meses y la aseguranza no pagara la consulta!!
