Matt Sparks, Who is in the walk-in clinic is awesome and very good. I would recommend him to anyone., I would not, however, recommend Andrea York!
If you have an option to go anywhere else, do it. Refused to offer any assistance at all, when I asked to speak to a supervisor or nurse I was told no they have nothing else to tell me rudest person I have encountered in awhile quite obvious she hates her job and hates anyone who comes there
I can’t say much for the other departments, but the OBGYN receptionists are less than friendly or helpful. Unfortunately Dr. Scales has a regular habit of rescheduling appointments and any time the receptionist calls to reschedule, they get an attitude because working out a time to come in doesn’t fit their schedule. Then if you try to leave a message with the nurse, they get upset because they have to relay the message.
I love Dr Scales and his nurse, Connie is the absolute BEST! Highly recommended.
