Matt Sparks, Who is in the walk-in clinic is awesome and very good. I would recommend him to anyone., I would not, however, recommend Andrea York!
If you have an option to go anywhere else, do it. Refused to offer any assistance at all, when I asked to speak to a supervisor or nurse I was told no they have nothing else to tell me rudest person I have encountered in awhile quite obvious she hates her job and hates anyone who comes there
I can’t say much for the other departments, but the OBGYN receptionists are less than friendly or helpful. Unfortunately Dr. Scales has a regular habit of rescheduling appointments and any time the receptionist calls to reschedule, they get an attitude because working out a time to come in doesn’t fit their schedule. Then if you try to leave a message with the nurse, they get upset because they have to relay the message.
I love Dr Scales and his nurse, Connie is the absolute BEST! Highly recommended.
Went to urgent care today for appointment with Matt. He was very unprofessional not wanting to do more testing from me being sick. I tested positive for Covid later this evening after going to a different clinic I found out that it’s the newest strain & he tried to say it was mental health dismissing me entirely. Don’t trust this person with your health!
