Used for the first time this passed Friday and won't be back. I was the second patient in and my complaint was cough drainage sore throat and it was hard to breathe at times. They only tested for strept then the Dr says I have a bad sinus infection writes me a script and sends me on. Two days later I'm much worse go to the ER in Texarkana to find out I have severe bronchitis and micro plasma pneumonia. I'd say that was a severe mis-diagnosis on the docs part. I won't be paying the bill.
Do not recommend at all. I had an appointment to establish care and check up with Jen Ship. Get there and they tell me they can’t do check up and can only establish care. Inconvenient but I really liked her so I got over it. Then they call and try to push another provider on me. I tell them no. Get to the clinic and lo and behold I’m scheduled with the provider that I did not want to see after waiting 3 weeks. Then they wouldn’t even reschedule my appointment and told me I’d have to call. Very disappointed that walk in clinic hours are posted to be open until 12. Arrived at 11:15 and it was closed. Tried to call the number on the door and no one answered. Not an impressive first impression.
