Everyone’s been really nice And I understand we’re all human But we should be able to Trust our doctor And I’ve had two times my doctor leave the hospital and in both times Nobody reached out to let me know that I can no longer get my prescriptions It’s very unprofessional. And every time I ask to speak to someone else I get put on hold for over an hour knowing they’re just waiting for me to hang up
Nurses don't call you back when its important and not a very friendly place to go get medical treatment at. They don't like returning phone calls to there patients that lefted messages up there. And they are very rude to there patients.
Takes 2 or 3 days to get a call back. They submitted a form to my insurance company with the wrong information. Had to resubmit via my cardiologist and hope I do not lose my insurance coverage. I have a heart monitor, a pacemaker and Asthma. They said I had none of those. Poor customer service for a medical practice
A disgrace of a medical clinic! My husband and I have had three different PCP at this clinic whom have all abruptly left with little or no notice to patients. My husband showed for his confirmed appointment with Dr Carlton only to be told that he is no longer there! How unprofessional for a clinic to allow patients to take time and effort to get there and be told that the doctor is gone for good. I saw Pastakia once or twice and she abruptly disappeared also!
