I had an emergency over the weekend. Made a call to a couple other places and right away got the cold shoulder and or the sorry we’re busy call Monday. I did instead a search for a local IB plumber and Genesis came up. I called them and got an answer right away told them gentleman what was going on and he gave me advised on what to do in the meanwhile team be coming to me in a hr.
