PT was nice, billing/front desk is a joke. They told me in between appointments basically I am an idiot for not checking insurance before hand and they are not in network. THAT IS LITERALLY YOUR JOB!
Very professional and caring for my daughter. Madison did great working with her to get her strength and mobility back after breaking her knee. Highly recommend!
Madison is amazing! So kind and friendly. Started feeling better pretty quickly with the exercises she gave me. All the PT’s are very nice at this location.
Madison is an absolutely amazing physical therapist! She is so knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly attentive to her patients' needs. From day one, she made me feel comfortable and confident in my recovery plan. The entire staff makes you feel right at home—the front desk ladies are always so friendly, and everyone in the clinic is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I can’t thank Madison and the rest of the team enough for all their hard work and support!
My physical therapist, Madison provided excellent care. She was patient and informative and delivered great results. I was recovering from a knee replacement with very tight muscles post surgery. We worked for every degree of flex finally getting 118 degrees. In the first weeks I didnt think it possible to get full range of motion but Madison stuck with me and got me there. I definitely recommend Madison and MercyOne physical therapy to anyone recovering from surgery.
